Boyd W. Dunn, Mayor of the City of Chandler declares June 12th, 2003 as Bryan and Tom Lambke day.
WHEREAS, the City of Chandler is pround to announce that Special Olympics athletes, Byran Lambke, and his father, Tom Lambke, will represent Chandler and the United States at the 2003 Special Olympics World Summber Games, and
WHEREAS, the duo will compete in Dublin, Ireland, June 21 through June 29 with nearly 1,000 athletes representing Special Olympics Team USA; and
WHEREAS, Bryan and Tom Lambke will represent their community in the unified bowling competition; and
WHEREAS, Tom and Bryan Lambke have developed a strict practice and training schedule and are committed to bringing home the gold for the USA and Chandler in this premier sporting event; and
WHEREAS, Bryan is a tremendous inspiration to his fellow athletes, coaches, family, friends, and the entire Chandler community.
